Year 6 receive Awards for their hard work and dedication from James Cracknell at London’s Dominion Theatre.

On Friday 24th June 2016, 6 children from Year 6 were especially selected to receive awards for their hard work and dedication this year. We travelled all the way to the Dominion Theatre in central London. We had a wonderful, entertaining day celebrating our amazing children’s achievements as well as the achievements of children across London. 

Mr James Cracknell was the guest speaker; he presented the children with a ten pound gift voucher. Following the awards he gave a truly inspirational speech about resilience and determination; highlighting his own accomplishments. We saw a variety of performances on stage including: singing, dancing, a ventriloquist and even light up hula hoops! It was a truly fantastic day.
